Default NGX R61 on Nokia IP 350 IPSO 4.1

Hi, currently i am installing NGX R61 on Nokia in a cluster.
During setup on the nokia i got a question like; do you want to install checkpoint products for clustering, cluster HA, cluster XL or State Sync.

I am going to use Nokia clustering, should i have said yes to the question?
i said no because i was not sure at the time...

You should have said yes. Although you are using Nokia clustering, you still need to use Check Point's state sync to keep the firewall side of things in sync. Nokia clustering is more about keeping the OS side of things in sync.

However, all is not lost - just run cpconfig, and choose the option "Enable cluster membership for this gateway" - or whatever the menu option is. It requires a Check Point restart. Until you get that running, your cluster won't form properly. No big deal though, it's easy to sort out.
