Default Secure Internal Communication

Hi everyone,

I'm in the process of setting up a new HA-pair using IP380's, IPSO 3.8 build 24 Checkpoint NG. When installing NG on the 380's, I'm not geting the option to create the SIC passwords - it just bypasses this and creates the fingerprint. This has thrown me somewhat, as I cannot get a trust established between the Mgmt server and the enforcement modules.

Any ideas?

when you installed, did you select just vpn1-pro? if you also selected smartcenter, that would explain why you are not getting an option to set SIC.

David's right - you've chosen management server at the start of cpconfig. Do it again, but this time choose enforcement only.
