Default NGX R61 Install Issue

All,

When I install my NGX R61 (on splat) the object that gets defined is a checkpoint host rather than a checkpoint gateway. Not sure why this is.

The problem is that with a host object, all of the interfaces are defined as external and cannot be changed.

Any ideas as to how I can change this object into a gateway?

TIA,
Jeff

Right click on object, then change "convert to gateway".

I have R61. But "convert to gateway" existed in older versions too.

..be carefoul if you are going to upgrade to NGXR61 and if you had some problems with the rule 995 ( sk30893) :
I tried it with NGXR61 but the solution didn't work !
After a rollback it worked without any problems......

The NGX R61 CDs have been available for a while. The marketing anouncement should be next week
