Apologies--both are on Windows 2003 server. I can and have run cpconfig; however, I can't for the life of me figure out where to put an 'activation key' on the module (as I recall, this is CheckPoint-ese for "the actual firewall", right?)
In the module cpconfig help, it says:
2 Install the Module and enter the one-time password in the Secure Internal Communication tab (Windows), or option (Unix) of the cpconfig configuration utility of the Module. Attached is a screenshot of the cpconfig window, most definitely SIC-tab-less.
Sorry if this is really brutally basic, but I'm honestly a bit lost :-)
