Hello All,

I am planning to take up CCSA. I have the below mentioned Book. Please check the Screen Shot of the Book's Cover Page. Is this book sufficient for taking the Exam or rather say..if this the book for the current exam..i am pretty confused abut the 156-215 and 156-215.1 Please someone clarify on this.


Please let me know the new book if this is not the One.

i have this book & it is very good.
however i dont think the book alone is enough for the exam.
i would suggest reading the checkpoint pdf's also.

The book is good but lacks depth. On the VOIP section, I think there is a lack of detail on some of the SIP services, for instance.

Definitely read the PDFs and the course notes if you have them.

I finished the CCSA a few weeks ago and I'm ramping up for my CCSE in a week or so. I've had my CCSE in a couple of versions now and doing a refresh. The exams are definitely getting harder because of all the new stuff.

On the other hand, the section on VPNs is much better than the course notes! I'm picking up heaps of good stuff that the official notes glossed over.
