Default custom log queries and CLM

Since NGX R65, custom log queries are saved on the server and not on the PC hosting the GUI client.

This can be usefull if each admin has its own custom log queries and has read-write access. Or if admin share a common account.

Yet, for read-only users, it is really really annoying. They can neither save their queries... nore use the custom queries made by admin with r/w rights !

I think it would be useful to define queries that could be usable by any administrator but that could only be overwritten by one administrator with read-write access.
