An easy way to disable select implied rules

I don't need all of the implied rules and creating manual rules for things like remote access gets painful because some things don't seem to work with manual rules or you cannot find information on everything you need to let through.

Instead of manually editing configuration files, please let me disable an implied rule by right-clicking it.

Or perhaps lose the concept of implied rules being applied globally. When I create a new security policy, copy them all to the top of the new rule base as a group and let me de-select the ones I don't need from there.
