Could not connect to smartview monitor

Hi .

i have a central managment and sevral splat`s .
the managment is R55 HFA20 , and the splats are R55 HFA8/HFA12 and some HFA20 .

I have just installed the smartview Monitor on two of the splats .

When i open the application and go to system Preformence session i can see the cpu usage and etc ..

but when im trying to go to Traffic - top sources or Traffic - top services i get an error message
{ Could not connect to Smart View Monitor on "Fw_XXX".
Make sure the smartView Monitor on the module is up and running }

Any idea how do i make sure that the service is running , if not how do i start it ?
