Default failed to create mail message
I am trying to use the email report feature of Reporter and I can not get it to work. I keep getting "failed to create mail message". The report is generated ok as I can view it from the results windows without problem. Any ideas would be helpful

What version of SmartView Reporter you currently use?

I am currently using R62 in a distributed install.

Upgrade the EVR to R65. It doesn't require the management to be upgraded. There are a lot of fixes in it.

Sorry to add to your thread.

So if you just upgrade EVR to R65, you do not need to upgrade smartcentre evr add-on or dashboard/FW gateway to R65 as well?
