No URLs info in Web Report

Hi,

When I run a Web Activity Report the sections for Top Visited URLs and Top Visited Web File Types are always empty.
How would I get that type of information to appear in the reports?

AFAIK you have to use a HTTP security server to keep track of the URL's and not just the IP addresses/DNS names of the sites.

Yes we're running a HTTP security server. I can see more than the address and names of the sites in Tracker but in Eventia for the Web report the URLs section is always empty.
