Incomplete report generation.

Hi all,

Recently, my smartview reporter R55 unable to complete the report generation. I had increase database size from 20Gb to 24Gb as well as running disk defragmatation because I notice that database for smartview reporter almost reach 19gb. Is there any other reason why this issue occured.?
