Default Eventia Reporter - Reports disappeared

Hi all,

I have been running some standard reports for the past few weeks, I have scheduled this to run every morning.

I have noticed that only the ones within the last 8 days are still in the location where they are saved as configured in "Send Report to" option in the Output window of the report, this is local d drive.

Does anybody know why this is happening? I have been browsing the different options in Evenitia and could not find any setting relating to "deleting the reports generated after x days".

The only option I have a doubt about is:
Tools>Options>Activity Log
In the Report Output Delete method there two options:
Delete report output
Clear from list (leaves report output on server)

I have now changed this setting and chose Clear from list.

Does anybody if this is what was deleting my reports?
Thanks
