Default Eventia Reporter

Setup: 2 Clustered Secure Platform servers, 1 Windows 2003 Management server
Eventia Reporter looks like it is up and running OK but I cannot see the default reports that come with the product. I can see the database growing so I know it is collecting data. On the Reports tab I can see Standard and Express tabs but there is nothing showing up on them. Any ideas? Thanks.

Hi,

I am currently seeing the same thing, not quite sure what happened as it was working until 19/02.
I think you need to consolidate the log before you can run reports. Browse to management window, go to consolidation and check if there is a consolidation running.

I am not too sure about the details, I am investigating my problem at the moment. I don't quite understand as I thought that to generate reports Eventia was using the Database tables ,(Default called CONNECTIONS) and I can still see the database there but I can run reports. I will let you know if I can work it out.

To fix my problem, I just did a reinstall and everything seemed to work OK.
Thanks.
