Default Installing Smartview Reporter

Hey everyone,

I'm trying to test the reporter function and I'm running into some problems setting up the reporter as distributed on a seperate console. I am using the R55 wrapper and when I attempt to install, I receive a message telling me to uninstall previous versions and upgrade and that my medium is inappropriate. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks,
KC

Please describe the enviornment a little more (like what OS). Also you want to use Reporter R56 not R55. R55 basicly doesn't work.

The best thing you can do is upgrade management to NGX and Eventia Reporter

Do you use SmartCenter R55? You can install reporter R56.
