SmartView Reporter R55 disconnected from SmartCenter. Any exact reason why? Hi, Currently our SmartView Reporter server is 'disconnected' from SmartCenter, although it is installed together on the same machine. I'm using version R55 and I learned that this version is buggy and it is strongly recommended to upgrade R56. But before I move on to R56, can anyone tell me the exact reason why the Reporter just 'disconnected' without any reason? Until now, I couldn't find any clue about this. The only thing that I found out is stated below: "The reporting server denied the connection attempt of (user) on the (localhost) machine. SVR server could not process the login request because it is not connected to SmartCenter. Try to login again." from SVRServer.log but still, why it unable to process the login request as it is not connected to SmartCenter is still a mystery. I hope somebody can enlighten me about this.
