Default SmartView Reporter server unable to connect to SmartCenter server

Dear all,

Recently, our SmartCenter server's motherboard has been replaced with new (same) motherboard due to hardware failure. Once replaced, the SmartCenter is back to online. I had verified the operational status and there are no problem at all. Until recently, I found out that the SmartView Reporter server is unaccessible through the SmartCenter GUI for no reason.

Our SmartView Reporter server is installed in the same machine with SmartCenter server in one machine (Standalone configuration). When I tried to access SmartView Reporter server, I got this error message on screen:

"SmartView Reporter server is unable to process login request because it is not connected to the SmartCenter. Try to login again."

I kept login but it still gave me the same error. I checked the log file (SVRServer.log) under SmartView Reporter's directory and I found out this messages:

"The reporting server denied the connection attempt of (user) on the (localhost) machine. SmartView Reporter could not process the login request because it is not connected to SmartCenter. Try to login again"

The SmartView Reporter's Log Consolidator, Reporting Server & SmartView Reporter server daemons are running as usual.

I got another messages under fwm.elg which stated

"failed to send audit log with 0x8004005" AFAIK, this error indicates there's a problem with the Audit log under SmartView Tracker... which it is working fine.

Any one can help me on this?

Thanks very much in advance.

Regards,

Al
