Currently we're having problems with Eventia. Connection between server and MGMT is established, DB is fine -> "processing logs", consoliadtion rules are ok, time and date settings are also fine, so everthing looks ok but if we start to generate default or custom reports we always recieve message "No relevant data has been found for this report" This happens since about 3 three weeks, before everthing was working without any problems. Maybe new installation will fix it, but I think it's easy to reinstall a product if there are "strange" problems... Any ideas? Thanks for your help in advance! __________________ misery is optional

You can use DBTableStat to get information about a daily summary of the number of log records that match the consolidation rules, and the number of consolidated records that were stored in the specified database table. So if you'll get non zero records for necessary day, then you need to check carefully period for report's template. Usage DBTableStat [-t TableName] [-o OutputFile] Syntax -t specify database table name, default: CONNECTIONS -o specify output file name, default: table_stat.csv

Check template's parameters: time period, current table. Select Managment > Consolidation > Sessions, note the database table and compare it with table from template.
