Default No Reports - Blank screen

Hoping anyone can help me - 2 weeks ago my FW corrupted and I had to reset sic on FWmgmt srever etc - Ever since then IEventia reporter hasnt been working properly.

I am able to connect to the eventia server, but unfortunately I see absolutely no reports on either the Standarad or express Tabs.

It is a stand alone solution. Any ideas on how I can fix this would be great.

Attached is a screen shot of the proof :(

Cheers
Fab

Default Re: No Reports - Blank screen

Hi,

I believe you need to reinstall the Eventia Reporter again from scratch. AFAIK, all the reporting template are 'built-in' in the software itself. I did not found any reporting templates in any of Check Point's directory under Eventia.

Reinstalling the Eventia Reporter (only) might solves this problem. Recommended to have a separate machine dedicated only for reporting generation purposes rather than all in one machine. I assumed that you have a standalone server which are installed with management server, log server and eventia reporter in one.

Regards,

Al
