Default Incoming, outgoing, internal traffic

Hi.

I am expereincing some kind of a problem concerning the "Network Activity" report. The is no differentation made by Eventia Reporter if traffic is incoming, outgoing or internal. Everything is categorized as "other".

Where can i configure this so i will get appropriate values for the right categories?

Thank you.

Hi,

Did you just generate the report using its default settings? If you want to generate a report based on your requirement, you need to set the filter values in "Network Activities" properties.

Regards,

Al

the same here.
We have a Provider-1 environment.
Reports of some customers are fine.
But some cant be differentiated to incoming/outgoing direction. It shows only "other"
Topology config on the fw modules is set correct.

anyone any idea?
