No report output format to CSV in SmartView Reporter

Hi all,

I'm using SmartView Reporter R55, I noticed that the report output format available is only HTML. In the product documentation for SmartView Reporter stated, it also produce report output format in .CSV. I wonder, where is CSV format options in my set up?
