Unable to login to SmartView Reporter remotely

Hi all,

After I had installed our SmartView Reporter on SmartCenter server (we employed Standalone configuration), I tried to connect to the SmartCenter using SmartView Reporter client remotely. Unfortunately, it gave me this error messages

"Authentication has failed. Please check that the login parameters are correct and that user has permissions to connect to SmartView Reporter server. Check also the SmartView Reporter server machine configuration on SmartCenter server."

How do I configure in order I can access SmartView Reporter remotely? By the way, I have no problem at all accessing SmartDashBoard and the rest remotely.
