Eventia Analyzer R70 dynamic updates

I have upgraded my SmartCenter SPLAT from R70 to R70.1. I am also running Eventia Suite on same SC and my GUI has internet connectivity. When I try to run dynamic updates on Eventia Analyzer client I can see there are updates available:
Event Policy - Revision -Aug 04,2008(Revision 10)
3rd party definitions - Revision - Dec 09,2008(Revision 12)

But when I run "Update Now" I get this error:
The dynamic update process failed.
Error:failed to check if update is needed.Changes to the policy have not been made. there's no need to undo the update.
Policy update process failed.

Does anyone have same problem?
P.S. SmartDefense updates within SmartDashboard runs OK.

I have heard some reports of this but don't know what is causing it.

Regardless, there are no updates as of now for R70.
