| Hi all. I have a problem, somebody lost the masteradmin password and now nobody can access to integrity console, is there a way to reset the password?. I´ve looking in checkpoint website and somebody post that you can edit the database manually using some credentials but i have no idea how to do that, neither where is located the database. Thanks in advanced. |

| Hi! yes, it is possible to reset the administrator password. But you need some special credentials (username, password) to open the database. The easiest way would be to contact your CCSP. They should have the ability to reset the password and can help you if some issues occur. I had some problems with connecting to the webinterface after reseting the password. best regards, Felix |
