Default Clients not reporting

I am having a problem with my integrity users. Some of the clients are reporting, others are not.

There is over 100 users connected and integrity shows only 34 or so.

I have tried re-deploying the policy, have the users download the client again from the integrity server, nothing seems to work.

Any ideas ?

Default Re: Clients not reporting

With only 100 client reduce your log upload times and or min events before upload this is will give you a more current report. Also are you sure that the hu100 registry key is different on each endpoint? This is the registry key that is used to identify uniquely the endpoint in all reports.

Some deployments that use imaging software will create an issue where you have multiple endpoints with the same hu100 key this can be reset from the command line using iclient -hu100 command.

However you did not mention the version of Integrity you were using. There was a hu100 corruption issue that was fixed in HFA04.
