Hi, We're in the middle of rolling out an update to our Integrity agent population. Is there some way to tell how many clients are on the old, and how many are on the new version? Do I need to create an enforcement rule to do this? Thanks, Jonathan

Your correct. Set up an client enforcement rule specifying the Min version and under Action & Remediation select observe clients that don't comply. Then see if you can get the reports you need.

You can interrogate the database directly. The table EMON_INFO_0 contains detail on the clients with the field PRODUCT_VERSION containing the version of the client and the CLINFO field containg the type of client (e.g IAgent / IFlex). I used Crystal reports for this - albeit on an exported copy of the table as I didn't want to run directly against the production DB. Unc

What utility are you using to document the db schema? Does crystal reports do this? I am looking to obtain the table links? For example in the FW_ALERTS table is a USR_ID column. These fields refers to records in a different table, where the user id is located. I need this information to identify the username associated with an alert record? TIA

Sorry CSING, I did not notice your question. No I did not use any mapping tool or have access to the schema. The layout of the database is very good compared to the earlier 4.5 model. However, this table is blank in our installation. I am guessing this is because we do not use classic firewall rules. It is possible the endpoint table EMON_INFO_0 does link directly with FW_ALERTS_0 but without any data in the latter, I am unable to be certain. Unc
