Default Integrity client policy problem

Hi all,

We have one problem with our integrity client 6.50 with winXP
the integrity client can't see the policy package that it download from the server.
we want to know how the integrity client can download it policy from the server.

Did you associate the policy with the package?

If not, you can associate the policy to a group, ie NT groups, AD, IP address range etc..

Also make sure you are running HFA1

Hi Betski,

I don't know how to associate the policy with the package ?
what is the last HFA for integrity client 6.5 , on checkpoint site it seems to be HFA 4 ?

Brain death on my part it is 4. I had R61 on the brain sorry.

Are you seeing the client in the Integrity Server logs at all?
