Integrity Server AntiSpyware Updates

I'm running Integrity Server 6. I have 2 major problems with it.

1. Some of the iFlex Client pc's experience high cpu usage for vsmon, the iflex service.

2. The anti-spywayre update on the server doesn't work , investigation into the Integrity logs states that the certificates on the zonelabs https site was rejected. Indeed, the certificate is out of date. Has anyone experienced this problem, and is there a work around?

The network infrastructure is Win 2000 AD, Integrity server sits on a dedicated Win2003 box. Internet access is firewalled, but http and https traffic to zonelabs is open.

You should move to 6.5 HFA 4. There are a lot of fixes in there.

We are getting VSmon.exe errors from our Integrity laptops.

Error :

Runtime Error!

-pure virtual call.

We have also seen errors about TrueVectorService - vsmon.exe faulting module mswosck.dll

so far only 3 laptoip been affected, but I am afraid it can be more
