Windows Firewall Blocking Spyware Updates

Anyone have any experience with this problem?

If I turn off the Windows Firewall the spyware update installation works just fine. With the Windows Firewall on the instal is blocked.

If there is no update to install (you're on the current signature version) the status update comes through no problem.

I have the Integrity policy on to disable the Windows Firewall, but that doesn't seem to be working either.
