Default secure client and integrity client dont talk

All,
I have configured the integrity server with some enforement rules(anti-virus checsks,XP SP2 ....etc) ...And have configured the Gateway to integrate with the Integrity Server (5.1) ..

The issue iam facing is that the it says tha the machine is securely configured always(even though integrity client says policy is restricted) and my secure cleint connection is not terminated...

Here is what i did....

The client gets the local.scv policy and the out of compliance clients are restricted(my restricted client rules apply ) ....But when the client is restricted my Secure client connection is not disconnected..

I have set the values to true in my local.scv files for these parameters
:disconnect_when_not_verified
:block_connections_on_unverified .

I also see the latest local.scv policy being pulled by the client..

I have allowed program access from trusted zone as client for the SR_SERVICE.EXE and SR_GUI.EXE in the policy i deployed as well...

the above was done to allow the integrity and security client to talk to each other(zlscv.dll being invoked by security client as per the doc)...

But i dont see the secure client being disconnected by the gateway once the
integriy client says that the "Integrity Policy is Restricted"...

essentially i dont see any scv updates by the client to the gateway and the
secure diagnostic tool shows that the machine is securely configured..

Also i tried to switch on the debug using "sc debug on -c" but i dont see anything in the log files..

verstions iam using:
Integrity server 5.1
Integrity Secure Client 5.1(Unified)
NG R55 with AI as the VPN Gateway

iam not sure if iam gravely missing anything here.....please help....your inputs would be grately appreciated..

Thanx in advance.
