| Hi, I don't know how to address a proper title but it happen strangely while applying OSPF in the SPLAT and Cisco BGR. Cisco BGR redistribute the BGP tables and the SPLAT GX3.0 (NGX R60) is able to learn all the routing tables with around 1650 lines of routes. During the tests with roaming partners' gateways, all roaming tests are successful but one or two are failed. But, while the default routes are added back in SPLAT, all the roaming tests are successful. WHY? Is there a limitation while OSPF routes are too big and consume the CPU and the memory? The SPLAT system has dual duo-core and 4GB of RAM. Need your help. Thank you. |

| First thing that any routing specialist would say is that you don't redistribute that many routes into an IGP. Can't you summarize anything and use local preference to choose the right BGP gateway for your partners ? Once cleaned up, we'll be able to know if this is due to configuration issue. |
