| Sorry for my english!!!! Hi, i have a problem with OSPF and Cluster XL. When i install policys, the ospf neighbor donīt recibe the response of the hello from my cluster. then lost for 30 seconds the networks. Any idea ? thanks Bye Lucas |

| This is a KNOWN ISSUE, and has been since at least R60 HFA 04. See this thread here: SPLAT PRO, OSPF and Cluster => Interrupt while Policy inst. There is a Hot Fix for it, but you have to contact support. |

| I just installed the patch for R65 and finally ospf works correctly!!!! Thanks CitiGroup for putting the screws to Checkpoint for this fix finally. |

| FYI I'm continuing to have problems with OSPF. It was able to bring up adjacency for all interfaces when it was set up initially on R65, applied the hotfix and thought everything was fine. A few months later my standby member becomes active and cannot bring up adjacency for one of the interfaces. It looks like the cluster NAT stopped working for this one particular interface after the hotfix was applied. Unfortunately uptime constraints have prevented me from being able to isolate the cause. If you're using an HA cluster environment I would test failover after you apply the hotfix. __________________ Its all in the documentation. |
