can't use command "fw vsx refresh_routes"

Hi all,

I use Checkpoint VSX v2.5 + Crossbeam X40. I see in document: when I change the route, I should use command "fw vsx refresh_routes" to update the route. But at Crossbeam (installed Checkpoint VSX v2.5), I use the command but I see it is not applied.

If you know the cause, please answer me early.

Silly question but are you in the right environment on the Crossbeam. I personally find it confusing on them as it gives the command but not where it should be run from.

It's why I gave up on the Crossbeams as not working with one every day then a bit complicated with the different environments and what run on the app blades and what on the cotrol blade.

What you said means you can run command "fw vsx refresh_routes" in different environment such as Nokia, ... . Do you any advice for me to overcome this error and I can run the comnand on Crossbeam.
