upgrade_export and filename

Hello to all.
Since the command upgrade_export <filename> want to associate with <filename> name of a file variable over time through:
[Expert @ manag] #. / Upgrade_export 'backupSSC_ date +% d% b% Y_% H:% M'

<filename> = 'date + backupSSC_% d% b% Y_% H:% M'.

Is this possible?
