Default CP Backup and restore documentation....

I have just started to work with CP NGX 60 Secure Platform. I don't have any experience about CP. I want to have knowledge about backup and restore operations. I search the internet but i can not find any documentation. How can i find documentation about backing up and restore process. Neither i don't have any experience about Secure Platform. I am just a Windows Administrator.

What is the diffrenece between using "Backup" and using "Snapshot"
on SPAT.
