| Hi guys , any idea? i cant login to my smartcenter after i restore it to my other server. the error says something like " there is no smartcenter running on the IP Address (smartcenter) or check if the GUI client is added on the smartcenter" vut im sure the i cp services is running. any idea? regards, mc_rockz |

| Access the console, use "cpconfig" to verify that your IP is listed and that the administrator is defined. Perfrom "cpstop" and a "cpstart" look for errors. HTH |

| How did you connect to it to install the licence? Did you do it via "cpconfig"? I though you were not able to log in via smart dashboard. I'm having the same problem |

| due to it was only a licence problem it isn´t possible to log in to smart dashboard but you´re able to login to smart update. Some time ago i had the same problem. cheers stefan |
