Default Password Recovery

I know how to do a password recovery normally...but upon entering the "boot -s" command, i was prompted for a password.

Any idea? I have looked around on google, but everything seems to be flooded with the password recovery method i already know.

EG:

BOOTMGR[3]> boot -s
Password:
Password Incorrect
Password:
Password Incorrect
Password:
Password Incorrect
Authentication Failed.

Edit/Update:

Ok, just realised that i am running IPSO 4.0 on the box, after searching around not much has come up. Some other people are having the same problems.
