Can't connect to smart dashboard

I was trying to create a new inside network with the smartdashboard and I deleted the old one. Now I can't get back into smartcenter. Is there a way to re-create the inside network from the Nokia command line or from the Voyager?

Is the box just a SmartCenter or does it have the Firewall component installed as well?

It has the firewall componet.

Did you try to uninstall the policy? (Did you remove the interface in Dashboard, or Voyager?)

To uninstall, from a command shell "fw unloadlocal" or, if it is a smartcenter also, "fwm unload localhost"
