Default Upgrade_export for DR

Hi guys,

I am having trouble backing up my checkpoint installation. We are running R60 on a crossbeam C2. This is the problem - I can't get upgrade export to run because it's on linux (which i have v little knowledge of). Can anybody instruct be what i need to do as I don't seem to be able to find any relevnant documentation anywhere!!

Please briefly describ what happened when you run the upgrade_export.

Most of the time that I have encountered is the temp_dir exsits on the $FWDIR/TMP

Simply go to $FWDIR/TMP, remove the Export_tmp_dir

rm -R Export_tmp_dir

and run again.
