| Hi I was wondering what is the difference between the backup files generated by backup and upgrade_export commands? (In terms of what is included in the backup when you run backup command and run upgrade_export) Any insight is highly appreciated. Thanks, Vikas |

| So it is a best practice to backup using both tools in case we have a server failure or something similar? Is there anything else we should be backing up on regular basis? |

To tweak parameters (if needed) open file /bin/sysconfig_start and look for upgrade_export (on your own risk ofcourse :)) |
