Hello guys, I've got a problem when we need to get mac address from Crossbeam C6 which installed SPLAT 6.5 already. I've installed an IS 5.1.0-2 which running on Redhat 7.3. My goal is to re-imaging the crossbeam into COS again, and based on the documentation I need to copy Crossbeam mac address into dhcpd.conf at IS. I couldn't find any clue about how to get this mac address from Crossbeam C6. I'm very appreciated if somebody can help me to find the way how to get Crossbeam mac address which installed SPLAT already. Thanks regards, Lukmana

First of all, thanks for your answers. I've tried that command before, but when I adding the MAC Address from eth4 (this port was connected directly to IS server by using crosscable) into dhcpd.conf (/etc) and assign an IP Address, and then I was booting the Crossbeam from LAN, the device couldn't start the booting process from LAN but booting from harddisk. I've heard too if the MAC address that needed to add to dhcpd.conf was a device's mac address not the ethernet interface mac address? If this statement were right, when I could find this kind of mac address? Thanks. regards, Lukmana

Well, when booting an x-series I hit esc then ctrl r when the flashing cursor first comes up. Then I do eprom display to get the mac. Now whether or not that works on a c series.... After you added the mac, did you restart dhcpd?
