Default error defunct in crossbeam x40

I am using Crossbeam X40 + Checkpoint VSX NGAI R55. Now, I have 3 AP modules. Now, when I connect to AP1, I see the error defunct and I can't install policy for SmartDashboard. If you know the cause and how to solve problem, please answer me early.
