urgent! forget password to telnet Crossbeam

Hi all ,

I use Crossbeam X40. Now, I change password and I forget password. I can log in to Crossbeam Web but I can not telnet to Crossbeam. I have 2 user: 1 user to telnet to Crossbeam and 1 user to connect to web to manage Crossbeam.

If you know how to change password in Crossbeam X40, please help me!
