Default URL Filtering DB update failures

We have an NGX R65 Smartcenter/firewall combination which also manages a remote NGX R65 firewall module.

URL filtering is turned on on both firewalls however we have found that it only actually works on the remote managed device.

On the Smartcenter/firewall , when we try to update the web filtering signature database we get the error message:

'no response from the Web Filtering daemon (launched depending on installed policy)'

(screenshot attached)
The remote firewall update runs successfully

Any ideas greatly appreciated

Do the update at command line using the avsu_client command. Failing that, check your licensing and service contracts are in order and properly downloaded.

In addition to all said before I would check CPU load when trying to update.
I have had few cases when trying to push updates (UTM 270) pushed CPU to 100% and then I got this rather generic error.
But when doing this update at night when no other load is present pushed updates
successfully.
