FTP URI

Hi,

Can we restrict Source to specific destination in FTP URI, I've done similar for HTTP URI but in FTP URI htere is no option of specifying the destination.
The probelm is I've to restrict souce to specific destination and destinaiton IP's keep changing hence in HTTP I could specify the dns name which worked out.
how can this be done in FTP?
