Default can't get to one website? Why??

Platform NG feature pack 2

Customer can't get to the website www.life4.co.uk through the firewall
can get to ANY other site apart from this. The Hosting company say they aren't blocking anything.

I am testing this from two hosts on the inside with 10.10.*.* addresses both these have static nats to public addresses, however there is also a hide nat as well for the 10.10.*.* network.

The rule that allows this is an ANY ANY with logging on. I can see the traffic leave the firewall but no connection is made. this ONLY affects the website
www.life4.co.uk we can get ANY other website, but not this one, including other sites hosted by the same company, any idea?

NG FP2 is way old and goes unsupported in June 2007: http://www.checkpoint.com/services/l...t_periods.html

What happens if you go by IP address? (I get "bad request invalid hostname", but I do get something - must be a host header site). http://213.171.218.95/

Any drops in the SmartDefense section?

BTW, it works for me fine.

RIDDLE SOLVED!

The hosting company placed this site on another server & voila!
So the must have been barring our source address.
Makes you doubt your sanity sometimes doesn't it?
