I need replace source SMTP domain for all outgoing mail. how?

Depends on versions, but usually, create an SMTP resource. Give it a name and color, skip all else and also check log at the bottom.
Go to the "Action1" tab and in the sender fields use:

*@domain.com ---> &@newdomain.com

That should be it. Now in the outbound mail rule, delete SMTP, then right-click service field, select "Add with resource", choose SMTP and the newly created resource.

Install policy and that should work.

PS To create resources, go "Manage->Resources"
