Network mode SNX fails to load with MAC OS 10.4.11 and Connectra R62.

I am having issues loading SNX in network mode with MAC OS 10.4.11
it fails to load with the "Failed to apply assigned office mode IP data" error.
In the /var/log/systm.log file i see the following when it fails:
un 2 20:50:45xxxkernel[0]: Check Point Virtual Network Adapter: cpdrv_in_use() cannot unload.
Is anyone else encountering the same issue?
Has anyone been able to use SNX in network mode with the MAC OS and connectra?
i can successfully load SNX in application mode.

The MAC that i was using had the checkpoint vpn clilent for MAC installed on it.
After uninstalling the Checkpoint VPN Client, SNX loaded fine.
Working with Checkpoint to resolve the coexistence problem now.

You know I groaned about this for months and never got to the uninstall SC...Sigh!!!

I'm having the same problem....but I don't have the Checkpoint VPN software installed on my Mac.
