Default Cannot add services

Hello all,

My version of Connectra:
NGX R62 HFA_01, Hotfix 601 - Build 006

My problem:
When connected to Connectra (https://192.168.0.1:4433) and getting to "Settings/Services" tab, I cannot add any new service.

Error message:
Error
Server error (error code = GENERAL_ERROR)

A ticket was logged at CP.

Would you happen to know a workaround for this problem? Can I update a file manually so that new ports are added into my configuration?

Thanks for your help and comments.

-nikoteen.

What are you using for a browser and version? Try IE6 if you're not using it.

Hello Ray,

It was IE6.

Anyway, checkpoint support didn't find out any quick fix for the problem, so we finally chosed to upgrade our SmartCenter to NGX R65 and to upgrade the Connectra to NGX R62CM. Now services are directly managed from the SmartCenter, case closed.

Thanks for your help,
-nikoteen.
