| I cannot connect to the web admin. I have the new firewall and connectra box in a lab install. The connectra box can be pinged. the console says https://ip.address:4433 is correct. What should I check? When Pushing policy I see a problem with SIC. SIC is not defined. - Where do i get Activation Key? can that be made up? On a side note. Should/does connectra need two ip addresses on the inside? Is it OK to be on the same NIC? Last edited by kevindri; 2008-04-15 at 10:19. |

| Reboot Connectra (from the power cord if there is no other way). Try again webUI Goto Program Configuration->SIC choose an activation key and Initialize Goto Smartdashboard Connectra properties Communication... Reinitialize SIC. I had same issue with R62CM and reinstalling from scratch plus hotfix HFA01, security HF1 & 2 solved the problem. |
