Unable to re-authenticate after SNX session expiration timeout

Hi,
We've currently set the Connectra Session security (SNX) timeout to 480 min (8 hours) and it is working as it should.

Users are prompted after 7 hours and 55 minutes with a window to re-authenticate themselves except that the window can't seem to be displayed in the browser (both FF & IE). We just get a generic cannot connect to server message

They are therefore disconnected after 8 hours and their session interrupted...


Any ideas?

It is not related to browser security as I have ruled out all pertinent configurations (trusted zones/popups etc...)
